When you say relationship background, you mean how strong my case is right how strong my application looks?

Yes, marriages where you married on the first meeting, short courtship before marriage,no parents at wedding, no traditional ceremony performed, spouse has relatives in Canada, large age difference, one was married the other is not, etc, if you have a lot of these, you will likely have an interview, which will significantly increase the processing time, especially if it ends in a refusal

Hi, I sent my new PCC to Singapore office about a month ago via FedEx. Haven't heard anything since then. I sent it to their street address, since FedEx doesn't deliver to the PO Boxes. With the PCC, I had a letter mentioning all relevant information about my application. Should I contact them asking whether they have received it? I tried calling, but only machine replies.
