Send an email to Singapore VO (Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca).

Our VO was Singapore and every-time we emailed them our application progressed the next day. Yours may not be the same but it doesn't hurt to try. IMPORTANT. Don't try to push them for progress. Just say you are worried that you haven't received any update after certain steps.


Below is a sample email that we sent after we saw no progress after the medical:

Too be honest now totally depressed.After medical on 17 dec still on bgc progress.i dont know why they are take a long time to complete my bgc from medical.i heard most of this forum they got ppr 2 to 3 months from medical but my one from 17 dec to till now nearly 4 months running.anyway i will just ask them whatever you say.do you think its alright to ask them?And also they told me i dont need a interview and fingerprints.again Thanks for your helpand also pray for me. And do you know brother roughly how long does it take to complete bgc from medical.

PA Ecas shows additional line. SVO has sent instructions for the medical exam. When should we be confirmed that we do not need the interview or no additional documents?

After approving they didn't ask anything else because my husband already sent them his passport as they have requested it before if you check my timeline.

Any body know about what happen if principal applicant move from one country to another permanently while sponsor application on process.? They will continue to do the process from the previous country visa office or move file to the country the applicant move ??

May I please know when your passport was received at SGVO? My one is received there on 21st March and still for update in GC Key.

Did they update your profile with visa number or something like that, which indicates that the visa is issued?

Visa Issue Notice In GcKey: 05-04-2018

Yes there is a document filed named counterfoil which has the passport number, visa issue and expiry date on it.
