today i recieved email from svo :

Send all the documents from the list below to this office in one envelope:

If you will reside in the Province of Quebec, you and each of your accompanying family members must have a valid Certificate of Selection (CSQ). Your sponsor should contact the Department of Immigration of the Province of Quebec to obtain the required CSQ(s).


If you are unable to comply with one or more of our requests, please provide a detailed explanation. All documents that are not in either English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. It is your responsibility to notify this office of any change in your address, contact numbers, marital status, family configuration, or employment or educational status.

We will advise you of any other requirements, but we are NOT able to respond to requests for information on the routine progress of your application.


You must comply with the above requirements within thirty days (30) from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the refusal of your application.


Note: We are returning the original documents/photos you submitted in support of your relationship with your sponsor via Registered mail.

It seem that your about to get ppr but they didn't receive the CSQ from Quebec. If you have it in your possession you should scan it and send it to them throught case specific enquiry:

We estimate that the review may exceed the average processing timeframe set out in the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter which you received.


Was there any timeframe stated in the AOR? or I missed it.

May be they will take some more time to decide on your case. Nothing to worry if you provided strong relationship proofs.

Thanks Hassan for your reply. His eligibility and criminality have been "passed". They are reviewing security and this was their reply when I asked how long more we have to wait...

It's been a long painful road, but the reward is well worth the wait!

Wife and I will travel to Jakarta today to submit the passport with vfs and ECAS now shows DM.

Hope you get your PPR very soon, htquach, and Jupiter, I wish you luck with your interview. Best of luck to all those still waiting, this forum helped keep me sane through out this process, and everyone here has helped so much.
