Hello experts,

I am little worried....
I ordered notes on Oct 4th and got it today, not that I was waiting for it or so as I got PPR already before getting notes. This is the first time ordered notes.
One place an electronics notes says "Application photographs doesn't met requirement"!!
They didn't ask for new photos or anything after app submission...

Is that something I should worry about???

If you qualified for an ADR why did you withdraw? Files that are selected to go to ADR instead of a full hearing have a very high chance of being successful and sent back for processing at the VO. Furthermore, once an ADR or full appeal is successful the VO cannot refuse the application for the same reason so for example if your application was refused for the relationship not being genuine, once an appeal is successful the VO can never again say the relationship isn't genuine and must continue processing it. But by reapplying they can deem the relationship not genuine again and again refuse the application. With reapplying you will need to address and correct the reasons for the initial refusal as well as provide new proofs that weren't included in the original application, and not just more of the same proofs. I'm assuming you have your blue book by now and know why the application was refused.

It's a really bad idea to buy plane ticket before having passport with visa and COPR in your hand. And having sent your wife passport on nov 2nd it's unlikely that you will have it on time for dec 2nd. Just to give you an idea my wife sent passport on june 8th and we had an ''URGENT FLAG'' because of medical expiring soon(september 10th). She got passport back on july 9th!!
If you want to buy ticket anyway make sur with the airline that you can change the date of your ticket or it can be refundable.

Be patient ;)

I have read it takes up to 6 weeks to receive the passport back. Just to be safe you should purchase insurance that would allow you to change the date. But there would also probably be a fare difference as well to take into consideration. It might be best to just book the tickets last minute when your wife receives her passport back!

On a side note, do you happen to know when our application started being reviewed? My app was received 3 days after yours but is still just in queue

I have also submitted ine on the same day. I guess u should give SVO a bit more time. I would say 6-8weeks should be fine. But its safer to wait for the passport before buying the ticket, unless u buy a changeable ticket. :)

Did anyone who sent passport thru VFS Thailand got back yet? In this morning I got a massage they said it is dispatching from SVO to VFS Thailand. How long it will take from there? Thank you in advance.
