Do you have a tracking number with regular post service?

I did not want to have no tracking on my app when I sent it to CPC-M and I used Purolator.

Yes, you can get a tracking number with Canada Post if you use the Priority or Xpresspost service.
Check out this link: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/pages/parcelscon/default.page

Btw, what did you need to mail to the SVO? Additional supporting documents?

We sent an updated form to correct an error we had made and I've sent them more relationship proof twice.

Hi all,

I received the email from CIC saying that the SA was approved and the file now transferred to Singapore. In that letter it says this:

Requirement for Medical Examination
If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Up- front Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination and, once completed, email the information directly to the visa office noted above using the “case- specific” enquiries form (link above) along with a copy of this letter. If you have not already submitted a medical, your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.

We then had the medicals done in Bangkok a few days later and the hospital said it sends the e-medical results directly to CIC. Is that all we need to do? Do I still need to email Singapore using the "case-specific" form? The hospital didn't give any paper work except the receipt for payment.

Thanks for any help....

Hi

The applicant should have been emailed a receipt document with the UMI number on it. Forward that to svo by CSE

Like ImABule said, scan your payment receipt and forward it to SVO. Bangkok hospital probably already forward it but dont take any chance ;) did you go to Bangkok general hospital? They are very efficient :)

The only thing we got was what is called the E-Medical information sheet from the hospital ( BNH Hospital) that was given prior to the exams being carried out and although it has the UMI number on it it does not have the results of any of the tests.

The other document I have is the receipt for payment and it has no CIC reference on it at all.

The UMI links the PA identity and E-Medical results.

When it's sent by the panel physician the results will have that number. The applicant then sends the doc with the UMI and they will match the results with application.

You mean sent to CIC Singapore? You say the applicant sends the doc, I'm confused, which doc?

Send that form with UMI to SVO.

Doc = Document

Sorry, what form? You mean the e-medical information sheet? Or will the hospital send us another form?

Yes the eMed sheet.

OK, thanks....have sent those e-medical information sheets as well as the hospital receipts. Hopefully that is enough.

Hi
I am trying to link my application to my account, but it keeps saying that we can not find your application. Which information do you guys put for the applicant? Sponsored or sponsor? Its confusing, how can I link it? Thanks.

I have the same problem...have tried every combination with no luck.
