I think I read somewhere in the forum, a member checked the English version of VFS and still "In Progress", but his spouse checked in Thai version and it updated as "Dispatch".

For our own situation, the English version updated to "dispatch" on Friday and the next Tuesday my wife received the sms from VFS to pick up the passport.

Today is still no news. I'm worry because its been a month since my wife sent passport via VFS on June 6.

I think you should wait for another day and then contact the VFS. CIC states that do not contact them before 1 month has passed.

@ImBule and htquach: I saw February 2016 applicants got the passport request from Singapore VO on a Vietnamese facebook forum page I think you guys will have some good news in a next couple of weeks (or days 8))

hello guyz, i have a ques. my husband recently moved from newfoundland to halifax. he sponsored me before leaving newfoundland. so is it necessary to notice CIC? or if he remains in canada its nt necessary at all? i moved too from one city to another within Bangladesh. ll it affect my PR application?

You need to update your address online, CIC will send correspondence to the address you have provided.

As long as your husband doesn't move to Quebec it will make no difference. He too, should update his address.

It wont affect anything but you should notify CIC that both of you move and change your address
You can do so by case specific enquiry

To me, VFS is just like a "courier" who provides delivery service. Therefore, as long as the status of the VFS application is changed to "delivered to Singapore office" or "in process by Singapore office", I think you should contact SVO directly.

Bumping Singapore timeline with news.

Got my second set of notes which CIC pulled on June 17. Not started, not stated and not started. Expected these results but hoping for something exciting.

Next exciting day is July 23... deadline for online spousal application access. Or they will delay it further.
