Congrantz to everyone who 's got the good news and away from computor or post box for now ;D ;D
For me I am still sitting in front of computor and checking my postbox.I don't know, why my ecas was nothing change still Decision Made and Not Available for over than 60 days after I got sponsor approve.I send them email and ask for 2 times but can heard nothing.So sad :'( :'(

Same here.. My application has sent to SG on 16th Nov but i haven't received any updates yet. My eas status is still under DM.

Not to worry people whose ecas still says "In process"...

My wife has already sent her passport to S'pore and it will arrive any day now with her Visa...but her ecas still says "In process"...So I guess they don't update the ecas frequenly....

hey FARHANZ did your wife also have to submit Bangla Nikah Na Ma and birth certificate with her passport?

I already paid my PR fees which had asked me to pay and also send them their required documents to finalize my application but no update yet.

I am hoping to get PPR by the end of this month.

Hey ZZZ did u already sent ur passport? And would u plz tell me the procedure in a bit details. Did u get ur photos back with that PPR? I got my all stuffs which includs photos,wedding card etc..I am assuming VO has convinced our relationship being genuine.

yea he got all the pictures backs and a letter saying they are ready to issue visa but they need original bangla nika na Ma, original birth certificate, passport, appendix a, and an envelope, she submitted all that yesterday.

do you know how long it takes to get passport back?

3-4 weeks max to get ur passport back.

I didnt pay my PR initially thats why I didn't get PPR rather they asked me to pay my PR fees....Got to wait few more weeks to get PPR now sigh. :-X

Hi ZZZ ..why they are asking birth certificate again?? i think there is something with notarization..make sure you notarize ur birth cert and send them a copy of that..thank you

I am being sponsored by my Canadian wife and Singapore has started processing our application from September 23rd.

They send me a letter on december 2nd to submitt my PR fees and to complete IMM008 Schedule-1 Question 11 as we provided time gaps in filling that Background question. In addition with that Missisauga sent a letter to my Wife in Canada asking for my PR fees on December 3rd.

Although we submitted our PR fees on November 24th and when I called CIC call center then they said Missisauga got my Receipt on december 7th and on the same day they sent a Receipt to Singapore. They also send me back my all photos which we sent to proof our relationship

And now my question is in what stage we are in now?
How long it might take to get my PPR/

my wife never submitted birth certificate in the first place, but the one she submitted yesterday with passport is not notarized, it's the original signed by the commissioner

My wife's birth certificate wasn't notarized either and it was fine. Is your wife's birth certificate in English?

I know someone who didnt notarized his wife's birth cert and then requested to submit her original birth cert.. Thats why I am telling this..Hope everything will be alright in case of ZZZ...

I think Sadatul, if it is the original then it doesn't have to be notarized. But in our application they asked for the original in the guide and forms anyhow.

In case of birth cert u can submit a photocopy of that then it have to be notarized..yes for the original there is no need to get notarization..i submitted photocopy of my birth cert with notarization and they didnt ask me to resubmit the original one..
