Wow! You did prepare so well for all your evidences! I'm so jelous and know why my case has been placed in interview list! I think they will send you PPR soon

Thank you for your sharing, we will organize and send more proofs. We're going to ask our parents/siblings/friends write some support letters and screenshots of all chat logs recently. And the most imporant part is looking any notes on my coming GCMS

Thanks again ImABlue! I'm appricated that

Other things you can do is add your spouse to your credit card account or get some term life insurance and make your spouse beneficiary. Also if you have public interaction on social media that will help.

The life insurance is what I will do next along with get on a plane for another visit if my notes show any concern lol.

We are currently putting together a TRV app for my wife to visit me here.

I have to say, having to change your faith and even undergoing a surgical procedure to marry your wife, if that doesn't spell genuine then I don't know what will.

Damn IAmBule... you is thorough!!!

I think you may be sending me a Tim Horton's gift card based on the quality and quantity of evidence in your file!!!

They usually dont start handing out interview letter until a couple months before the interview. Since youre at 11 mths already, I would expect the letter to arrive soon.

Also keep checking ur spam folders in case the letter is in email

I like what you did with the Facebook screenshots showing your friends liking and commenting your posts. That's what I did too. It's great to show CIC that even your friends are aware of the relationship. Your app looks really good so far and you seem you've done a great job addressing the red flags. Hope you keep me and the rest of us in touch about your progress, Imabule.

I did the same, when I listed all my friends and family that my wife met when she was in canada, I provided a screenshot of facebook when they did comment or like something about us plus picture with those friends :)

Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning and saw a miss call from my wife at 2am. I knew something happened. I knew we either received the PPR email, or the PPR email was sent to us.

and YES, WE RECEIVED THE PPR!!! Congratulation to us. And sorry 5CAD (for the GCMS notes I ordered end of April), you have died in vain...

To anyone who share the same timeline and situation with us (i.e. filed the application in Sep 2015, recommended waived for interview around Jan 2016), expect the PPR soon!!

Hi Everyone,

Just two quick update for you regarding to my application:

1. My wife has sent her passport to Singapore VO. Singapore VO suggests her to use its visa center in our city. That center charges us a fee and handle the sending and receiving of the passport. My wife will be noticed when the passport comes back from Singapore to pickup. This is absolutely safer than finding a shipping courier by our own.

2. Today, my wife's ECAS has changed from In Progress to Decision Made (4 days after she received PPR).

Hope this information would give you some general idea of how Singapore VO is processing the applications.

Thanks for the update. We all hope to get to where you and your wife are!!!

Do you know if your wife will have a deadline to travel to Canada? Will this date be on the visa? You may not know but can you please update us when you get the passport and visa back?

Again, congrats!!!

In this case, she got the visa 100% guaranteed, congrats.

Hi htquach,

Yes, my wife has a deadline here, which is the expiry date of her medical exam (Aug 19). This is why the PPR email was marked as URGENT. Although the email states that we should expect the passport back in 30 days after submitting it, we hope the URGENT flag would help it with being processed faster ;D ;D.

Thank you for your information, mikeymyke. But we still hold off the party until my wife gets the passport with the visa back :P :P
