After 2 weeks, she received letter requesting for her passport. 2 weeks later, my wife got the returned passport and landed at Toronto airport a week later.

Here is my timeline, very similar to ggood

1. Received application, Sept 28, 2009.
2. Application package returned Oct 22, 2009 due to missing 1 document.
3. Re - Sent whole package Oct 28, 2009.
4. Dec 01, 2009 approved and sent to Singapore.
5. April 14, 2010 Received Wedding pictures, Phone bills, all evidence supporting relationship with my wife.
6. April 28, 2010 Received passport request letter from Singapore.
7. April 28, 2010 Passport submitted to IOM in Ho Chi Minh City
8. May 10, Passport returned and Visa issued from IOM in Ho Chi Minh City
9. Flight to Toronto booked via IOM in Ho Chi Minh City, arrival date will be May 20, 2010
10. Landed at Toronto Pearson Airport on May 20, 2010 19:25

That is a long fight HCMC to TO. I made the flight to VN 7 times. Good luck to you...

ok now i made a mistake
i sent my passport by courier and ask them to sent back by courier...problem is after i sent them, then i found out that courier / dhl / fed ex will not sent back the mail from singapore by 'cash on delivery basis' except if you have account number (that will meant company in indonesia) so any suggestion what should i do? HELP PLEASE

None any update from Singapore ? ??? ..I'm waiting but, nothing show up on ecas yet..

Sorry love thai, no update from me either, we are still waiting to receive our AOR through the mail. It shows on ECAS that they started processing us on August 31st. I am hoping the mail is just slow. I hope all is going well for you though.

I checked singapore time line..I thinkg the average is 4 month after processing (base on forum isn't CIC) and I hope we will get some news before the end of this year. ;D
