No... applying for a TRV does not affect your husband's application... it just shows you want to be together.
You can order the notes from anywhere... you will need your husband to sign the consent form

thank u so much cdnmom.You've always been so awesome to reply. My application says its been recieved by cic. I got my SA on may 29th.Im planning to head back to Canada around Dec ( middle of winter i know hahaha ) so i thought of applying for a trv for him sometime also. All the spreadsheets indicate a more then 1.5 year waiting time at SVO. *sigh* i was hoping with our 7 yr history 2 yrs married stayed together it might be a bit faster but whos to tell....Thanks so much.

As I have seen many comments in this forum that if your TRV is refused that may actually add even plus points to your spousal PR application given the fact that you have a strong relationship.

You can contact the doctor's office. They will confirm when they sent it.

After your remedical, your medical-data will be entered in the CIC computer system by the medical clinic. When SVO will get the medical clinic receipt (that you sent), then they will enter the receipt no in their computer and they will immediately find your medical report and VO will process it toward issuing PPR.
You need not to worried whether SVO get you medical report or not.

Now, what will happen in the coming months? What are the next steps? I Wonder how it will takes.
I'm in Quebec. The Quebec Selection Certificate of my wife has expired a few months ago and I need to renew it. How? Should I fill out all the forms again? And do I have to wait for Immigration Canada or the Immigration Appeal Division to send me an official letter saying that I won before I can proceed the renewal of the Quebec Selection Certificate?
