hey guys im just a bit worried about my case...as usually once one thing is over the next worry starts...dont want an interview with such a speedy office :P

I met my husband at university in India 2006. We started dating around 2 months into start of classes casual and the relationship grew from there ( I wrote it out in detail where our first date etc in the explanation part on a seperate paper). Got enganged Feb 2012, and married in oct 2012. filled for sponsorship now (long story) passed elligibilty. I have a plain ticket of the the trips i made to malaysia and the bali. Unfortunately due to utter crappy circumstances most of our pictures pre-ceeding 2011 were lost when i lost my hard drive and i didnt have it on my computer and my husband didnt have copies for himself i just stored it on mine,as a camera hog i took most of the pics n e way. and worse we had student phones hahah ie it can dial and it can msg but it does like nothing else so no pics!! EXcept for graduation and the graduation party pictures and the plain tickets and passport stamps of going and coming.... loads of wedding pics plus reception pics +wedding card and gift card of the ring he bought me etc.skype logs. We dont rly have phone chat records because we studied together and I didnt think at the time to get the phone logs of our 6 years of dating. my husband returned malaysia in march 2012 and i came in may to finalize wedding plans and then in oct for the wedding.since then iv been with my husband here for 2 yrs. Iv worked here and there and i have money in savings which i showed them and my hsuband is a doctor with steady income too. I didnt return to canada yet and i plan to in the up coming months which i explained to them . I just honestly said the waiting times are so long and it isnt easy to be apart from ones spouse right after a wedding for months on end while they "process" . Might be cliet ID's to them but were human beings as well!!!

anyway our honey moon and all the travels we did inbetween all the pics have been given. My only issue here is i didnt have much pics to give of our 6 yrs of dating (and trust me it saddens me more then them i lost my hard drive!!!)....any ideas if my case has any red flags to anyone?

I don't see any red flags :)
You don't need to send hundreds of pictures as they don't always convince the visa officer
The fact that you have been living together for 2 years in his home country will be a huge indication that you have a genuine relationship.
I know it is hard not to worry. Good luck and wishing you a speedy process

Thanks so mch CDNMOM. It really means a lot such a prompt reply!
I was worried also me staying here would indicate i dont plan to return to canada ( tho i dont c y anyone woud undergo this oh so fun process just for the sake of it lol)
Thanks again.!!
Wish you all the best. :)

They may ask you to show proof of your intentions to move back to Canada
Whether that be a job offer or a rental agreement for a place to live

I agree... why anyone would go through this and not intend to live here is beyond me... :P

iv shown my application to universities for masters...
my emails with professors to discuss possible phd and masters research ...
And like a clear plan on when I plan to return...and why im not in Canada now...

On the form when it asked me i said April of 2015 I figured it would be close to a year by then and i wouldnt be apart for too long from my husband. But actually Im thinking now of returning around nov. Should I send a copy of my plane ticket and the apartment im renting as soon as its all sorted out?
Do they ask for proof or would they deny first then ask me to re-apply. This is what I'm afraid of. I also dont have a police report for my husband from india but we tried EVERY POSSIBLE avenue to obtain it and letters the indian high comission stating they dont do it in Malaysia for Non Indian pasport holders as well as the form itself which indicates that as well.

No... they won't deny you and have you reapply... they will ask for proof before they deny the application
I think your application is very strong
Try not to worry
Don't know what to do about the police certificate from India

Good luck on your immigration journey through SVO

I got my visa in April 2014 and its valid to Feb,2015. But I can't go within this period. This visa will be invalid if I will not within validity period. Can I re-apply after that time. Then what will be the procedure and how much chance to get Immigrant (spouse) visa again? Will it give a negative impact if I will not utilize the visa within validity??
Please REPLY!!!!!!!

not sure of the reason why you can't go, but can't you spend 1 weekend to fly to canada and return so that u do a proper landing first and then go back to canada when u are ready to settle down.

if u don't land before your visa expires, your visa will be void and u have to reapply again as a new applicant

Brother don't make the mistake of not using your Visa. If you fail to go to Canada before the expiry date, you'll have to apply for a new visa, then they may refuse your visa. There is no guarantee that the visa officer will accept your application for the visa.

Feb 2015 is far away. You should go to Canada even for couple of days, and complete this landing process.

Go to Canada, land there, stay there for 6 weeks to get your PR card ( if you can not stay there for so long then when landing at the immigration give a canadian address of your relative, come back and when your relative will get the PR by mail he will send you by courier) and come back home.

Look at the Guide 3999, you can come to canada and go Bangladesh as many times, no problem. But the condition is you have to stay total 2 years in Canada within 5 years from your landing.

Other way is your choice.

IF YOU MISS THIS , CHANCES ARE YOU WILL NOT GET THIS OPPORTUNITY EVER AGAIN. POLICIES ARE GETTING RIGID DAY BY DAY.

I had my medical done at this clinic. I contacted them after 1 week to collect the upfront medical notification and enclosed it to my application package. The clinic will submit the medical report details directly to CIC. My ecas showed both application and medical report received at the same time.

Hope this helps.

@ Tulip

Thanks for your inputs. +1 to you. :) ;D
