I don't even know what's taking them so long. Maybe there's a quota for day to day issuing of copr,

actually when we submit our passports, what are we expecting to be on the passport? is it a sticker or a form or a stamp?

you won't get anything on the passport. Since Singapore does not require a visa to enter Canada. In fact they should not even request Singapore passport.

End of the day you get a beige printed computer paper that is the CoPR.

Would it be right to say that for Singapore passports, there will not be anything in the passport, so even if the passport expires and is replaced, it would be alright and there's no need to get a replacement sticker/stamp.

yes. there won't be anything in your singapore passport

but even if there is a visa, just bring along the old passport with new passport and the CoPR letter

Tutuni, congrats!!!! Let's hope that there's more updates like yours in this thread!!

Congrats tuntuni

I think one of the reasons they are a bit slower is because of Easter weekend it was a four day weekend and some government offices get almost a week off

Hello,

My wife's bangladeshi passport was received by the singapore visa office on March 27, 2014. We are still waiting for the "in process" status to change to "decision made". Wondering when we will get her passport back finally. I see that there are a few people who are also waiting for their passport that were sent in March.

seekingtobeunited: we submitted our passports one day apart. let's keep each other updated. =)

hello Everyone,

I am new in this forum. I am a 2013 applicant from BD. I send my passport to SVO 15 days ago. I checked my VFS today and it says SVO dispassed my processed passport, but ecas is still "in process". My question is why ecas is showing in process? It should show decision made if i am not wrong. Do you think is there any message shows that they refuse the visa because ecas is still in process? But the previous letter (when they request for passport) it was clearly mentioned that they are ready to give me a visa. I am little nurvus. Please give me some strength? Did anyone refuse to get visa after the PPR?

Within how many days I can expect package from VFS? If they stamp in my PP, what will be in side the package? Just the Immigration visa in the passportr or anything else? Will there be any COPR letter or any other letter which should show in the canada airport?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Ecase status takes time to update. Afetr I became a PR, it took 3 weeks to change from In Process to Decision Made. Hope this helps you understand.
May we know when your application was filed or transferred to Singapore visa office in 2013?
