I FILED MY WIFE APPLICATION ON APRIL 06TH 2011 IN -MISSISSAUGA CPC
MAY 11TH 2011 - SPONSORSHIP APPROVED
MAY 27TH 2011- APPLICATION RECVD. IN SINGAPORE
OCT 21-2011- RECVD, EMAIL REQUESTING FOR PASSPORT.

THE STRANGE THING IS STILL THE APPLICATION STATUS SHOWS APPLICATION RECEIVED.

yay so happy my wife just got her PPR via email. i am talking to her right now. I cannot believe it ;D. we received an update that said medical results has been received on monday and she got an email requesting for her passport tonight.

oh My GOD, your timeline is same as mine, but you received passport request very fast. Congrates . Why they are emailing ,not sending mail.

i have just found this data... its horrible... approval rate for SG VO is only 57%(in last 12 months)... wow.. it was 83% in 2009

far as i know some countries mail processing system is so bad, especially my country Bangladesh its worse i think every 100 mail 20 missing, so they r emailing maybe it depends on country.

My wife received letter from Singapore VO today. They said , they will schedule an interview for her later and will inform her.

Do you guys know , how long they usually take to schedule for interview ?she is from Bangladesh. I am now little bit frustrated.

Dear Stupidrim, my wife also received same letter 2 weeks back , and one of the users from forum said it takes around 6/7 months to fix date. She is also from bangladesh. I can totally understand how you feeling now. As we have same timeline, I think it's better for us to keep in track for timeline.

I think we have nothing to do but hang in there. I still dont understand what mistake I made prepering papers that I needed interview . anyway it is what it is.. Take care

just try to take it easy and order CAIPs. u will find out why they need an interview.

What is your time line.
look like they are asking for interview more than before. I am confuse now about my wife.
It takes upto 5-6 months for Dhaka VO.
It could be more as they are asking for more interview.
Why they do not ask for interview when they receive application at the beginning . Always frustrating and fear.

welcome bro, be well prepared. one of my close relatives got refused after interview even though they were 100% genuine. now they r living here in bangladesh. approval rate for SG vo is only around 55%. good luck
