Yep I did the same for the same reason. And I'm pretty sure that is why Pushnook did not had ppr yet. They ask then to pay the fee first then they will ask for passport and issue visa.

Hi, just wanna ask if CSE would really help, coz I've done my medical April 28, then submitted to cic April 30, but since I linked my paper alp to CIC acct still doesn't update til now if they receive my medical or not... Im planning to send CSE its been over 5 weeks now...

When they sent the second request it said they didn't recieve it yet? Did it give a deadline? I don't know why they would ask again and then DM same day. Send the reciept again. Case specific enquiry, and include evidence that you sent it the day after they asked for it in November. Show them the email your husband sent. Also might be a good idea to have your husband go to his MP as well.
