In Appendix A, only the Applicant's information goes (and if there is any dependent children who is also coming to Canada).

The Sponsor's, who lives in Canada, information does not go anywhere in this Appendix. (That's how we did it, I mean my wife did )

If you are in Malaysia, were you given any options to go and pick up the passport yourself in person from Singapore?

Yes i am still in malaysia , but they didnt give me In-Person option, so i am planning to go to my country then i send my passport from there coz i have no more visa to stay in malaysia .

Thanks for your reply. Little confused about that. According to Singapore Public Holiday, Embassy should be closed on 16th also (Hari Raya Haji). But Canadian embassy in S'Pore shows 15th (Thanksgiving) not 16th. So, not sure 16th is close or not? As you are in Malaysia, I think you know and give me better answer. Thanks again.

that means u hv to get back to bngldsh to send passport! would u like to try to get permission from them by asking through email n show ur problem that ur in malaysia so can u submit pp in person also can u get it back in person or not also r u not allowed to send it from malaysia??
