Hi.... I am on the same boat like you. Please write your timeline in reply. Its been 13 months gone with NO comments from SVO. My spouse back home got frustrated and always stay sad! I am helpless. I am thinking to visit her for longer period of time. However, I am not confident though for how long I should go and stay with her. What will happen to my job....I have to look for a job from the scratch once I will come back with her probably. I am very much stressed out nowadays.

Guys comon! singapore has a 26 months time line..just wait and be patient..i know how badly it hurts to stay away.i filed my application is feb 2012..and still no newss...dont leave your job..we are just going through a difficult phase.it will go away..just wait..leaving a job is big decision..you and ur partner will struggle more if u finally come here and no job..in canada job market is crazy.if u have one dont leave it..well to be honest it depends..if u dont have any mortgage or anything then might be ok...but otherwise just go through this bad phase.good times are knocking your door..

Hi diyabrar: I understand what you said. But life is on hold. I am at least moving there for 3-4 months. I have no other option right now. I might become little poorer if I do so. Might give me mental satisfaction though.

Hi samkh: I wish my wife was with me in Canada on TRV !! Rather I am planning to go home visit her sometime in August if nothing happens in next two months. Only few lucky people got success in TRV application. There is NO hard and fast rule that you could guess who will get TRV. Its your luck and you can try it. We will try while I will be there in home with her. You can PM me if you some other questions.

Hi guyz hope everyone is doing fine. My husband and me landed few days ago. Everything went well but something really wrong happenned and i wanted to share with you guyz. Today i went to service Canada to apply my husband social insurance card but we couldnt do it because the landing officer gave us a photocopy of the copr not original also theres a stamp ''true copy stamp'' where the officer was supposed to sign but he didnt!probably forgot it.i am so shocked. Unfortunately we didnt check the copr when it was give to us until now(today). so service canada couldnt accept his copr!! anyways we went through many calls once we have been told that we would have to have an appointment wand get this done in the aiport...then a lady called from border agency she told us that we can just mail to them the copr so the officer can sign and send us back by mail.anyways i am very pissed and shocked that this happenned. anyways all i wanted to say is check your passport stamp and copr and signatures when is given to you by the officer so you dont have to go through this.

Hi samkh: thanks again. Sure, I will let you know once I will receive GCMS note. Since your medical is expired, did you receive anything about it yet like Re-medical letter ?? My wife received nothing yet. We are in a complete limbo !!

I applied for GCMS twice and got it...Let me know when you guys get it so that we can compare.

And regarding remedical...You can only expect to get some communication from them when you will see "in process" inside ecas....b4 that just wait.
