I got an email from CIC (Centralized Intake Office) requesting for an updated Certificate of Clearance (Singapore). After going through all the process with obtaining my Singapore CoC, I don't know how to submit it back to CIC. The email is unclear on where to submit it.

I tried GCKEY, but there is no option on how to upload and submit the PCC.

The email is as follows:

XXXXXX XXXXX
We are continuing to process your application for admission to Canada. As part of processing we require an updated original Certificate of Clearance for members of your family who are 18 years of age or older. According to our record we will need certificate(s) for the following individual(s):

NAME DOB

1)XXXXX XXX/XX/XX

IMPORTANT: Please note that a Statutory Declaration of no criminal conviction is not acceptable as
evidence that you do not have criminal convictions.

In order to obtain a Certificate of Clearance, please refer to IRCC website at: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/singapore.html for a list of documents to be submitted to the Criminal Investigation Department of Singapore Police Force (SPF).

Please submit your Singapore police certificate(s) as soon as possible. Please quote your name, date of birth and file number on the police certificate.

They didn't specify in the email where to send it and/or how? My partner had to do the same earlier in the year and once the CoC was obtained we emailed a very clear scanned PDF of all the documents that were in the envelope that was received from Singapore. The email originally received from the IRCC had specified an email that the document could be sent to (however we had a different application stream and processing office then you). Perhaps send it in the post to the CIC in Nova Scotia?
