You have enough time till Feb 5th to get the SG COC... You will have to go immediately and get it processed. They issue it within a week. I got mine in 6 days.
But I am not in SG now, so I have to apply by post and it could take longer, thats my worry.

Hi RKCK

I am new to this forum. I recently got PNP nomination.

Could you please guide me on how to get Police Clearance from Singapore.

I am an Indian residing in Singapore from past 2.5 years.

My spouse and son went back to India.

Please help to answer the below queries:

1. Can I apply for PCC for my spouse for the stay in Singapore
2. what is the process to get PCC for India from Singapore.
3. Which office to approach for PCC for Singapore. Where it is located? can we apply online?

Really appreciate your help on the above items.

Please refer to the below link for your Singapore PCC. Your application can include a copy of your ITA. I am not quite sure about how you can get your fingerprints in India. You could probably wait for help from others or do some search yourself.

http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/cert_issued.htm

All the best

Yes. Go to a police station in India and get the fingerprints done. You need to request the forms. Follow the FAQ
http://www.ifaq.gov.sg/SPF/apps/fcd_faqmain.aspx?qst=cM0gvzxS4oao43RTwYe9bgQ7cWdCsdaAOdxMoxgWRyNzP1fz%2bKcelEFxwXMjoYRJ5%2bMHiT1lZ0JG9hrh5vc0XxGHz%2bFx4w4JjkH6NPE2wg%2fktPDntnwNZ5gYaP2MM5LFMCmB%2b9MHUZ4zBiK8c2v6pKWHvNCYZOYyQtaxmikCUlqfwa%2bOboj4nuOHkTK7bq7taJbu2t6vViSmA0lQ9AmE5QWnvEMCuxgpLfG6QmgUEcU%3d#FAQ_33592
2. what is the process to get PCC for India from Singapore.
Go to BLS at The Verge to get it. They need your passport and will provide the document within 4-5 working days
https://www.google.com.sg/maps/place/The+Verge+Shopping+Mall
3. Which office to approach for PCC for Singapore. Where it is located? can we apply online?
Police Cantonment on New Bridge Rd. It is opposite SGH near Outram Park MRT.

Really appreciate your help on the above items.

Thanks RKCK. This info is quite useful.

I have 1 more query. My spouse is planning to visit Singapore next month.

Hopefully, I will receive ITA in the next draw. If we plan visit to India/Singapore after submitting PCC is there any concern CIC will raise on our travel history?

Thanks a lot again on your reply.

No issues... Just add the travel info after getting the ITA.

In total I got my Singapore PCC in 15 days from outside of Singapore. I sent the application using Fedex (about 3 days to deliver) and I requested one of my friends to collect the SPF Certificate for which I also included an authorization letter. He visited SPF to collect it and sent me a scan copy. He later mailed me the paper certificate.

I believe in total it save more than 30 days.

I hope you can do same.

Good Luck!

I got the Singaporean PCC by just submitting the ITA letter and personalised checklist. I didn't wait for the letter from CIC. You can ignore the appeal letter, you only need to fill it up in case your application was rejected.
Hi RKCK,

Is it mandatory to carry personalized checklist? Only ITA letter is enough?

We can only generate personalized checklist after submitting APR.

Can generic document list work which is available on CIC website?

I want to get PCC from SG before submitting my APP for PR.

Thanks

Personalized checklist is required if dependent's COC is required, ITA will have only the primary applicant's name. The dependent's name has to appear on a document from CIC. Hence I had submitted the print out of the page indicating the documents required for each applicant to process COC, ensure that the name appears. That worked for me.

It means you submitted your electronic PR application without PCC. Then you generated Personalized checklist and applied for COC for Singapore.

Correct me if I misunderstood.

No. Once you get an ITA, you'll have to accept it and then confirm the details. After confirmation then the system will ask you to upload the documents for each applicant. Take a print out of that page (make sure you format it properly). Then submit the document along with the ITA for each dependent.

Hi all!
I have two periods of stay in Singapore and COC only states current period.
Now I am concerned that CIC will wonder about the first period as COC explicitly
states current period.
I tried hard to explain to the officer at Cantonment but he said it is their procedure
to put only one period.... Anyone successfully managed this type of circumstance, please advice...
Worried CIC will reject......
