Guys can I create my EE online application before I receieve the results for WES and IELTS ? I just need to save some time and start filling up some info online.. Is it possible ? Please i need an accurate answer.. many thank!

No you can't. You need your language test results in order to create your profile.

You can start filling in the questionnaire, but you cannot submit it. Otherwise it will be ineligible.

You can start creating EE profile, however, you can not submit it and enter EE pool before you provide IELTS and WES reference numbers. Once you start filling your EE profie, you have 60 days to complete it.
