Siblings Points Proof - Parent's name misspelled

Hi All,

I am claiming siblings point since my brother has PR and is in Canada since March 2019. I have his PR card as well apartment lease proof required for E-APR.

However, I have some issues with proving the sibling relationship.
1. Parents name on Birth Certificate doesn't match. (1 letter missing)
2. Father's name (Now deceased) on Passport matches for both of us and I have my father's Aadhar card.
3. Mother's first name matches in the passport but the last name doesn't match in the passport.

Questions
1. Whether showing just passport copies and establishing we have the same father is sufficient? I'll write an LOE for mismatch in mother's name.
2. Do I require any other documents to show me and my brother are related? or what other documents can be used as proof?

Hi, I have the same problem as you. My brother is a citizen in Canada, and I am using his points for AINP.

For AINP, I have to prove that our parents are the same. My brother has all documents with Father's name- Mohammad, but I have all documents with Father's name- Md. How did you solve the issue?
