did you send Scotia Bank an email of your transaction from Scotia Bank?

Have you tried talking to PNB and see if they can run a trace?

Once Scotia Bank gets the money, they usually take 3-5 business days to send you the final GIC letter.

hmm...can you provide a timeline of when did you open the account, for what college (if you changed college let us know as well), when did they create the account, when did you wire the money and any other information you find relevant.

Also in my case(general) GIC was not mandatory!!

GIC is not mandatory, but do u have a loan ? either GIC or loan will strengthen ur case..also,if the deadline is reached u can apply with swiftcopy..

I paid the GIC amount on 18th Nov and got it by 28th, in most cases it takes excactly 10days for the certificate to be received. So for people who are waitingI suggest you to file today. (29th). and u can send them(vfs) the gic as soon as you receive it.
