well im also waiting for My GIC but ive been informed from multiple sources that one can file a visa on the 5 or 6 th of December without any problems.Ill be waiting till then.

and got stamped passport with visa on dec 22
yes the mOnth was DECEMBER
but they clearly mention in checklist
aftr 1 dec chances are not good
