Hello everyone, My wife has been invited to take her citizenship oath on July, 29 and we are scheduled to travel outside Canada on Nov,4. All the waiting times seem to indicate that we have enough time to get her citizenship certificate and then acquire her new passport before our trip. Is this advisable or are we cutting it too close? Thoughts? TYIA for your guidance.

That’s more than enough time. And even if it wasn’t, you’d postpone your travel, not the oath ceremony.
Thank you. I should not have used the term "postpone". On the PDF explaining the Oath procedures there is a link to use if you have imminent travel and wanted to "reschedule" the Oath Ceremony. That is what started me thinking about our time frame. It seems like we would have about 6 week buffer. Thanks for your thoughts. Cheers.

Oath is in July and you travelling in Nov. You have 4 months. That's enough time to get everything done.
