Should I pay college fee before applying for Study Permit ?? - Pakistan

Hi there,

I have secured admission in sheridan college and now I am supposed to submit the fee for confirmation.
I want to apply for study permit as soon as possible.

1. What i want to ask. Is it possible that I apply for study permit right now. After that, pay the college fee and send the embassy receipt of the payment so that they can attach it with my application.
OR
2. should I pay fee first, get the receipt. afterwards apply for permit. (Which will cost me 4 to 5 extras day of wait).

Which way should I go ?

i don't know it would be okay or not,i think you should contact to embassy.
with the delay of 3-4 days nothing will happen just wait and submit it completely.
