i don't know it would be okay or not,i think you should contact to embassy. with the delay of 3-4 days nothing will happen just wait and submit it completely.

i don't think so you need to do this.i have checked the checklist for visa application form and they have not mentioned anything like this.u just have to send your original degrees,that's it.one more thing also for admission its not mandatory,i just submitted my simple degrees and got acceptance...
