should I paste one photo on IMM0008 form?

As per the photo instruction, I have to send 5 photos of each person during sending complete application. My urgent quest for all, should I paste one photo on IMM0008 form? I saw there is a space for photo on that form.

I pasted it and had no problems.

there is no problem just follow check list if they said 5 then can be six but not four good luck
