I'm an international student in Canada, and my gf got a decent job in China. She is 27 years old. Her both parents & relatives are in good working positions in China. She's thinking about coming to Canada to visit me during holidays, and we are planning to get married. My question is, if we get married, will it make more difficult for her to get the Canadian visa? Because she married an international student in Canada.
She actually applied for TRV once last January, but got refused due to "Your travel history", "Purpose of Visit" and "You have a legitimate business purpose in Canada". At that time, she was invited with her co-worker by a Canadian company to have a business trip. Her co-worker got approved but not her. Since then, we got Japanese Visa, and the US Visa without any problems, and we went to both countries for traveling history.
Now, we're thinking of applying the visa again, so will the marriage have a negative effect on applying TRV?
Thank you all for your opinions.
