guys, I have a 451 point as I am trying to apply for Canadian experience class under EE, my visa expires in January 2020 in few months ,, so I my question is : should I go Bach home and get a year of expiernce back there ? What’s the chances , because I won’t be able to come back to Canada ,in case If something goes wrong , is there a chance that they will cancel this program or points will go even higher than 470 let’s say!?... should I check my current documents and go home and start doing my 1 year experience ?

Based on these current draws, 451 is not guaranteed for you to get an iTA to apply PR under CEC. My suggest is that you can improve your scores by increasing IELTS score to CLB 9 (8777) instead of going back to your country and wait. There is still enough time for you to improve your IELTS score before your visa expires in January, 2020.

Once you could get a higher IELTS score and your CRS score is improved, you might receive an iTA to apply PR. The most safest CRS score could be more than 465 as of this time. You could still stay and continue working in Canada after receiving an iTA as you have implied status.

Thanks for your reply, but can you explain me. Is applying from Canada is considered better or maybe safer than doing it from outside of Canada since it’s all online , considering the fact that I already finished my 1year work experience in Canada as NoV B ??the only thing is I don’t want my valid try to be expired

No difference. You either qualify, or you don´t.

I don´t know what you mean.

But you haven´t said anything about what you are doing to get a new work permit, so that you can stay and work longer. Getting a 2nd year of Canadian experience, or getting a year of foreign work experience - both will increase your points.

The OP could apply for a BOWP, but only after submitting a complete eAPR, if the current work permit is still valid at the time. There is no implied status with only an ITA.

Thanks a lot for your response , But at which stage I can apply for bowp : ita or aor ?
Also, what’s my chances to get a new tourist visa after my pgwp expires ?

whats your ielts score??
My score jumped from 442 to 467 just because I got 8.5,8,7,6.5 instead of 7,6.5,7,6

you can only apply for BOWP once you get your AOR and provided you have a valid work permit at that point.

Speaking is 8; Reading is 7; listening 8.5 , writing is 6.5 stuck at 6,5 writing which pisses me off :(
Try the IELTS computer based test. They have fewer exam centers. But thanks to that my writing went up from 6 to 7.5. It could affect your listening though.

Are you serious ??? But how being as computer based can give you 1.5 more points ? How it happened ?
