Hi, guys I have a quick question about PCC. I have done PCC of Australia(June 26, 2016),India(July 12,2016) and Canada (June 22,2016).I got ITA on 29th Nov. My immigration lawyer suggest me to do all PCC again. As far as I know, I don't need to do it again as I have not visited India(last 3 yrs) or Australia(left in 2010). Please suggest me what to do in this situation.or else my file will be delayed by a month if I have to get all PCC's again.
Thanks.

No, you do not have have to do PCC again since you have not gone back to India or Australia. Does your PCC mention any expiry date?

I suggest your fire your incompetent lawyer.
If your PCC was issued after the last day you were in that country it's valid until the end of time.
also, you don't need Canadian PCC, if CIC wants it they will ask for it (they did in my case)

All PCCs need to be current to the date since you have last been in a country (for stays longer than 3 months). So if you have not gone back to any country since you last visited then you do not need to reapply. As mentioned, ensure no PCC has an expire and covers the time you have spent there. Also, have a current PCC in the country you are currently resident in.

No there isn't any expiry date on PCC. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/intro.asp As per this link I guess I don't need to do it.And thanks guys for your prompt response. I really appreciate and I will talk to my lawyer that I don't need to do PCC again.
