Should I apply for FSW late ?

Hi,

I am planning to apply for FSW canada this year(2014) but I haven't given my ielts. I will give it in June, and will apply for my file in July most probably. My points are above 67 but I am late.
So anyone who can guide me whether I should apply or not? Because I've heard the cap will fill very fast. What should be the best for me?
Is it worth to apply at that time.

Please assist me asap.

It always depends on your NOC, if its a HOT one, then probably you should be ready with all the docs and just attach your IELTS with it and send it without delay.
This is a life time opportunity, why to leave without even trying ........
