Should be full nude while medical check up?

I dont want to start a new thread. I would appreciate if somebody tells me if a medical check up is required for a newborn baby or not.

YES. Medical check up is required for everyone. I did it for my 3 month old. No X-rays, blood or urine work required for them though.

X-ray, blood test and urine test is NOT required for infants.
