I think it's more relevant to look at statistics per the different streams, as apparently IRCC processes applications under different streams differently...

I read in another post that someone got the PPR in exactly 1 month.
Got the AOR beginning of March, and PPR beginning of April.

What factors in an application determine the speed of processing? I know that CEC is usually faster than FSW but what other factors play a role? Eg. Single vs married, NOC code, etc

I heard that if you pay all fees in the beginning of the process, that can speed up the process too.

I don't think anybody really knows. I have heard it also depends on which Visa office your application is with. Many other factors I believe. Maybe someone can shed some light...

We can expect delays now since they are giving out more than 3000 itas every other week which is a huge number, but then some people got their ppr in only 2 months lately which proves my point wrong.
