Got the AOR beginning of March, and PPR beginning of April.

Also a couple of friends got their PPR in a bit more than 2 months.

What factors in an application determine the speed of processing? I know that CEC is usually faster than FSW but what other factors play a role? Eg. Single vs married, NOC code, etc

I heard that if you pay all fees in the beginning of the process, that can speed up the process too.

I'm on the same boat.

We can expect delays now since they are giving out more than 3000 itas every other week which is a huge number, but then some people got their ppr in only 2 months lately which proves my point wrong.
