In filling out schedule A, many of things I need to list are two long to be typed on one line on the computer, with no abbreviations. Names of schools and professional assocations, is there a proper way to fill these out without abbreviations? Also I am in my 50's so many of these go back many years where I don't have records of months only years, I saw somewhere if you don't have a correct day or month to insert a *. Any help you can provide. Thank you.

I used word to simply make an identical table to the one on the form but with more space and the option to use a smaller print
Make sure to indicate the forms title and the question number and print your name at the top of the page

I would suggest answering those sections on a separate sheet of paper with the same format but with wider rows so you can include all the information. On the main application, just say refer to attachment.

They specifically say you can use * if you don't know dates for things like birthdays. However, in your situation I would use it here too and simply explain.
