I applied for my father’s visit visa last August 24, 2018 and received a conformation on August 25, 2018 that it was received on that date.
September 6, 2018 visit visa approved
Exactly 11 days (Philippines processing for Visir Visa is 11 days)
September 13, 2018 submitted passport
September 18, 2018 received passport with visa
We did online application. Here are the documents that we submitted:

Birth certificate
Passport photocopy
Bank certificate
Dummy ticket
Itinerary
Mine and my husband’s documents:

Certificate of Employment
Invitation Letter
My birth certificate
Then also filled out the forms needed.
My father doesn’t work anymore. We mentioned that we will shoulder all his expenses. Thank God it was approved.
