Hello, My WES timeline:

1. Application created and got reference number 8-Jul-17
2. Documents sent from university 5-Aug-17
3. Documents delivered 7-Aug-17
4. Documents reviewed and accepted by WES 9-Aug-17
5. Final review: 21-August-17
6. Report ready: 24-August-17

Can someone explain what does Status: On hold means on WES website under my account? My courier was delivered on 5 sept 2017 and so far it says:

Reference Number: xxxxxxxxx
Evaluation Type: Document by Document Evaluation (ECA) - Initial Application
Status: On hold
We are waiting for your documents.

They take about 3 working days to update that they received your documents. Your status will change soon

Thank you. I did read the FAQ so I knew about 3 day policy however I wasn't sure about ON HOLD status in particular.

My WES Timeline: (2 degrees to be assessed from 2 different universities in the UK)

1. Application created and got reference number (July 31)
2. Transcript sent from university no 1 (August 1) - Accepted Aug 22
3. Transcript sent from university no 2 (August 7) - Accepted Aug 18
4. Review in progress (with "You are not required to do anything at this time") on Aug 22
5. Back to "Waiting for required documents" on Aug 27 (Final degrees were not received at this time)
6. Final degrees received, reviewed and accepted => Evaluation in progress (Aug 29)
7. Final Review: Sept 2
8. Evaluation is due for completion on Sept 19

I was hoping for the report to be ready just a few days after the Final Review, however it seems like it's not the case here. Hopefully I can make it for the next draw. Last draw was low and I need ECA report to apply with 475 points.

Did you send them an email to check? I would think they would respect the deadline...

Hello, did you send documents in 2 sets? its like my case.
My status is still "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)." but my second set of documents has not delivered yet. I am a bit worried what if my documents arrive at the same status? that is review? would they accept them or not?

they will change the status back to 'waiting for documents' with details on which documents are pending

Got my evaluation completed today and received the pdf.

I have receive an update from WES that they required my provisional certificate . my "Statement of Marks" has been accepted. but need my provisional too. I just mailed them through courier. Are they going to start the document review process again for my Provisional as well and how long it take to complete the whole process

and My timelines are:

Documents received by WES: 1st, Sep
Review in progress: 06th, Sep
Requested for Provisional: 11th, Sep

All documents were reviewed and accepted.

So now waiting until the end of this month, unless they somehow manage to finish it earlier. Actually, has anyone ever gotten it completed before the WES cited completion date? I'm guessing not but just asking to make sure.

EDIT:
Also found it interesting that in their new update for the new application form, they have added a field to mention the actual name on your certification. Would have liked to have that option on my form earlier, but it looks like it will be for new applicants or those who are in an earlier stage of their ECA application as I don't have the Modify option anymore.

Agreed, they take 3 days to update after receiving, but in my case it has been more than 6 days and they have not even acknowledged receipt of the package yet.

I have sent them message on 'contact us' section as well as Tweeted them. Still my status is On hold!!

Did your package have a tracking number? I was able to confirm that it reached them by pasting the tracking number on the WES page (i cant remember where exactly, but the option is there) and it confirmed it was delivered even while I was waiting for them to update the status.

yes, both the packages have tracking numbers, I got intimated by mail from the Canada Post's website 6 days back, they have even collected signature and sent me link to the snapshot of signature, however on my WES account status is still On Hold
