Well they did for me. I did 1 year MBA from a reputed institute and B tech ( 4 year). The only case I have seen is distance learning programs not being accepted even from reputed university..Hope it helps.

Yes you're right. Your transcripts itself are basically attested marksheets (some universities actually do this, while the norm is to send a single sheet with all semesters marks). So it's strange that WES is asking for attested marksheets. Was your wife's transcript sent by you or the university? If sent by you, did you ensure that the envelope had its stamp and seal?

I think you should try getting through to WES, asking them what exactly is missing before you approach your university. Perhaps your university did not attest the marksheets (no way we'd come to know if this is the case) so we can go back and get it corrected.

I have done BE (4 years) and PGDBM (2 years full time)

You get 7 extra points (with spouse) and 8 extra CRS points (without spouse), if WES positively evaluates your WES for BE and PGDBM.

Marksheets and transcripts are essentially the same thing. I hope it works out for you.

Going by the trend in this thread you can expect a change in status like accepted and tentative due date by Feb 13.

1. How long to normally wait before we start getting worried that we're stuck at review in progress stage?
2. Why do they change the date but keep the same status (see quoted example)?

I had sent my as well as my wife's doc in same package. They have received the doc of both of us on same day i.e 17th Jan. Today i.e. 31st of Jan I got a message that "We are reviewing your evaluation report" but in my wife's case still the status has not changed, hopefully this should happen in a day or 2.

Any update on your case?

Hi brother, I have done my Post graduate diploma through distance mode from Acharya nagarjuna university which is recognized by AICTE. It was not mentioned on my certificates about the distance mode. Would that help me in WES evaluation ?

From what I have seen consolidated marks memo or provisional/OD if does not have "Distance" mentioned and all semesters are in continuity then it would go through.

Ordered my US university to directly send transcripts to WES with regular mail: 21/12/2017
Status: In progress: documents received 12/1/2017
Status: In progress: All documents received and accepted 23/1/2017
Status: Completed and pdf copy available and hard copy sent by WES: 7/2/2017
