I called last week they said two stages of bgc is completed and one is under processDid u confirmed on which part u are stuck ?

I asked what’s that stage he said I can’t tell you that
In gckey it says we are processing

i applied in federal on may 1st 2024
i got an email from ircc on 24th june, they asked me to pay the difference as there was a increase in the fees. the requested file was sent through webform
i paid and followed the instructions they gave on the same day
after a week , there was no updates.
i called ircc and they said they have not recieved my webform yet but they added my payment reciept into the file.
still no response and no AOR
anyone with a similar experience? or does anyone know. please help

Usually 3-4 weeks you will receive an update via webform, then after that on your GCKey account. For mine it took 3 weeks when I had a reply from my webform then after a week in my GCKey.hi
