Recommendation letter received : June 21,2024
Federal PR application : July 24,2024
AOR & Biometric request : Oct 2,2024
Biometric completion : Oct 15,2024
Medical passed : Nov 28,2024
Primary VO : Winnipeg(Info: you receive final decision confirmation from this office)
Secondary VO : Montreal (Info: all applications undergo security & eligibility check and final decision is made in secondary office)
Waiting for next update. Assuming it'd be either ADR or Portal 1.

IRCC is having cut-offs for all programs. Once they receive the annual target, they are holding the final decision for most of the applications.
They have allotted 10,920 target for three Federal Economic Pilots:
Caregivers ; Agri-Food; Community Immigration Pilots ; Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (Fingers crossed that most of us should be within 10,920 for 2025 quota)
