Any updates for March and July applicants? Thank you.
This is for RNIP PR application (Applied within one of rural communities in Canada)
Recommendation letter received : June 21,2024
Federal PR application : July 24,2024
AOR & Biometric request : Oct 2,2024
Biometric completion : Oct 15,2024
Medical passed : Nov 28,2024
Primary VO : Winnipeg(Info: you receive final decision confirmation from this office)
Secondary VO : Montreal (Info: all applications undergo security & eligibility check and final decision is made in secondary office)

Waiting for next update. Assuming it'd be either ADR or Portal 1.

Good luck everyone !

As per the information in this site - Notice – Supplementary Information for the 2025-2027 Immigration Levels Plan - Canada.ca
IRCC is having cut-offs for all programs. Once they receive the annual target, they are holding the final decision for most of the applications.
They have allotted 10,920 target for three Federal Economic Pilots: Caregivers ; Agri-Food; Community Immigration Pilots ; Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot (Fingers crossed that most of us should be within 10,920 for 2025 quota)

How can I figure out which one is the primary and secondary visa office? I got a biometric request from the Sydney office and an ADR from the Winnipeg office.

I had a doubt in my profile. So I called customer care IRCC and asked where my VOs are at. They clearly mention what your primary and secondary visa offices are.
Or you can raise a webform - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application

Also, biometric request from the Sydney office is highly common in all applications and most of the communication is thru primary office which makes us believe that our application is being processed at Winnipeg but it is not completely true.

Winnipeg is primary VO office that communicates to you but it is the secondary office which is actually processing your application. (use google to verify what primary & secondary VO do)
You get to know the VO only to assume how fast/slow your application is moving. Other than that, primary & secondary VO information is least needed.

Hey,
Hope everyone is doing well.
I’ve a query.
Has anyone of you got police verification request and medical again even after passing those?
I’m March applicant. And medical was passed on 14 may, last year.
Is this normal?
Do I need to worry?
Why are they asking again?
Kindly reply.
Thank you.
