On form IMM0008 I don't see UK as a country but I can see England in the list of countries where I resided in the past 5 years. While filling Address and Personal history on form IMM5669 Shall I write United Kingdom as a country or England?

Put England. I am from Scotland and put Scotland. Also, when I log on to ecas, for country selection it has "England" or "Scotland" not the United Kingdom as one, only the "United Kingdom Colonies" (which is Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, etc).

ok thanks can i also overlap the dates if I lived at same address in 2 different countries? Like I visited Pakistan 4 times during my stay of 4 years in UK. Once I visited for 1 month once for 20 days and twice for 3 months. So can I over lap the dates? Like from 2009 to 2015 I lived on a address in Pakistan and also in this period I lived on different address in UK?

That's not quite true. The option is "United Kingdom and Colonies". So, I think either would work, but I also opted for the more specific (i.e., England over the UK).
EDIT: To clarify, I mean I think that either would work on your application, but that you'd of course have to select whichever you put on your application when logging into ECAS.
