Hope all is well.

Need some advice, will be appreciate your time and advice.

"I received my MR last week but they ask me for last 6 month bank statements, I did not maintain my balance after I submit my fsw application in jun 2014 I gave money to my friends for personal purpose. I asked money back from them got money back but in statement there is big increase in 2 days"

So my question is how do I explain visa office that those money is my?

I have gold in India, can I sell them and put money in my saving account and show the receipt that I sold my gold?

Please help...

Yes you can sell your gold and put the money in your account and explain CIC that you have purchased gold of that certain amount and provide them the receipt of gold purchased with in the last 6 month.

But I didn't purchase 6 month ago, I had this gold 3 years now.

Can just show them sold receipt will they accept I didn't mention my gold when applied for fsw will it be a problem?

I am so worried

Its ok, pls calm down. This is not the time to panic. So far as the gold was purchased by you and you can proove that , no need for worries as w8rrying has never solved any prooblem.. Just respond to them in a cover letter explaining the source of funds and pray. You should be fine.

Did you not submitted bank statement at the time of application submission? I think, those who have just submitted balance certificate are requested to submit trransaction history for the certain time frame.

The settlement fund is supposed to be a fix fund.. As per my agent, some gets denied due to this.. Just send the bank statement and pray the officer dont notice the sudden increase

Hi.. When i submitted my applictaion in May 2014 the bank statement was included... When i had my MR again, i was requested to submit.. This is due to the reason that many applicants tend to withdraw the fund..

have sent balance certificate when I applied for fsw but they still asked 6 month bank statment when they send me a MR. No idea what to do I have money back from friends now but last 5 month statment is 500$ and this month13000$. :'( can I send my clarification that I gave those money to my friends for personal use and send them my saving account with another 12000$ and saying that I had gold and I sold just now with receipt will it work?
