Yes. I will keep my end date as when my transcripts show and just mention in my LOE that the course ran for that time but that my modules had been completed in May.
It is not about mentioning the date. Basic thing is how can a person work and study simultaneously in diff country? Somewhere the dates are going to clash.

Well mine is relatively easy to explain. The course is advertised and sold to run until July. My exams for the modules that I had chosen were completed in May. I wasn't really aware of this when I input everything in EE because I hadn't really gone back to check what I had done in 2008.

Now I see that in June I was in USA. So I will say in my LOE that I was physically studying until May 2008 but after that I wasn't however my transcripts list the course until July.

They do clash in my personal history, but I think it's easy to explain.

You are okay. OP still needs to work out eligibility

Don't Worry.
I did my MSc in the UK while working full time in the UAE. And my eligibility passed just fine. As long as you have payslips and the reference letter, you're good to go.

But Note : The nature of my job requires traveling and is not really office based. So, I had my travel history and the reference letter to back that up. In my GCMS notes however there were no problems. Not even a mention that this is a conflict or anything. My theory is that as long as you're doing that outside Canada, you're fine.

Got the same issue there. I was studying in Boston while working as a dentist. It's called teledentistry. It's very prevalent nowadays. But make sure to NOT LIE. Try to tell your employer to give you a strong reference letter along with an LOE for any future queries that may arise. Documentation is the key

See I'm not claiming any points for the work experience in USA at that time, so I don't need to provide any evidence at all for that work-while-technically-studying.

Yes then it should be fine since you are steering clear of the conflict
