I have a quick question. For example: My translated stamp shows 28 August however I was in Saudi until 12:15 am (departing time) which becomes 29 August and I used 29 August as exit date from home where it asks to provide reasons if you visited more than one country. Would that be okay?

I don't think this should be a concern. On the safer side, make sure you have few more days of physical presence in Canada while applying to stay away from any dispute.
