Hello everyone, Just a little confused with the online application.. Would I need to upload the actual application and physical presence calculator or just what is completed online is all that is required? Also the application date should be the same date application is signed does this apply to online?

As far as I remember there is no field to upload the forms, and the online questionnaire itself is the form, hope that helps!
