Hi! I called IRCC at this number : 1 (888) 242 - 2100 and selected the citizenship / information regarding an already submitted application. Maybe I got lucky, I got a tracker update today, test is approved!

When did you gave test and after how many days status changed to approved?, and was your Niagara office? because for us we passed test on last weekend, but no update yet.

Hi, I took the test on the 18th, approved on the 22nd; updated in the tracker on the 25th. My office is Niagara indeed.

Thanks, so that means they take around a week before they update the status on tracker. Then I think we are good till next week.

I've seen timelines saying anywhere from 4 to +200 days, I think this is the most variable phase. Most seem to move within ~50 days.

I got a ghost update today, November 28th. Waiting on everything so far so could be background or test invite. My AOR date is October 10th. Anyone know how many days after a ghost update to expect something?

If it's ghost update, most likely it's the criminality or security part of the background. For most people it seems to be the case that they get the security out of the way before criminality.
