BOWP only gets approval if R10 check is completed for PR file.

R10 means you have uploaded all needed documents for your PR.
This does not consider any decision for PR file.

Adding to what Krosman said : BOWP gets approved once R10 is done and if the eligibility is also passed or recommended passed for the PR eligibility!

Don't worry too much. If you received FD on your BOWP and nothing else after that, it usually means approved. Refusals usually come almost at the same time when you receive your BVL for BOWP!

I've received my BIL today at 2:45 PM (PDT). It's also showing that I passed the medical exam.

I have a question though. How can I find out whether my wife passed her medical exam or not? Both of our previous medical exams are still within the validity period.

Guys, Sept 4th AOR, I got my FD today! But Gc-key and the tracker still show that my eligibility and background check are in progress, not sure what to make of it. Hoping for good news soon.

I was just asking for an update because I received ny ITA on the same date.
