Hello everyone, here’s my timeline. I am Being optimistic but scared of rejection as this was a tiring process

- Application submitted and AOR received : 6th September

- Medical test & Biometric requested : 10th October

- I did the medical & biometrics : 17th and 18th October

- Background check started (tracker): 2nd week of October

- Medical exam status updated to completed (tracker): 24th October

- Eligibility started (on tracker): 5th November

- Update on tracker saying “we received your inquiry”, even though I was never asked to submit anything additional : 6th November

In my opinion it is completely fine timeline. You can expect final decision within 3-4 weeks from now.
In regards of "inquiry" update... it could be about your medical documets which was sent to IRCC by healthcare provider.

Nothing in Biometrics section. No BIL Yet.

Called IRCC today for updates.

Biometrics: In Progress (agent told me to wait for Biometrics instructions letter)
Eligibility: Not Started
Background: In Progress.

PVO: Sydney, NS
SVO: Ottawa, ON

Worried a bit for Biometrics.

Biometrics: In Progress (agent told me to wait for Biometrics instructions letter)
Eligibility: Not Started
Background: In Progress.

PVO: Halifax, NS
SVO: Ottawa, ON

Worried a bit for Biometrics.

Don't stress over it. You'll get the BIL soon! At times, there's a delay if there are prior backlogs. Due to this, they tend to transfer files amongst the VOs.
