Does anyone know if them sending you the oath information email can trigger a ghost update on the tracker? I am hoping that's why my tracker now has 12/15/23 in the upper right hand corner with no new information. Before this the date was 12/13/23 with a Dec. 11 update of oath in progress and a note that I'd been invited to a 12/21 oath ceremony. This piece did not have the star of a new update by it, all the rest did. The only thing I know has happened between then is actually receiving the oath email. I am hoping this ghost update is for that and not a surprise cancelation update that I know some have seen.

Yes it is updated due to oath invitation. No don’t think negative. Your oath is scheduled and won’t be canceled. Stay positive. That updated date in tracker is because of oath invitation.

For people who are applying as families with children, does the application tracker for the child also get updated at the same time as yours? For reference my son who is 17 year old , BG completed 9th Nov and no updates after that, my daughter who is 11 , no updates after AOR which was on October 28th. My last update was on December 13th, BG completed.

There's no update for my kids after AOR but for me I'm done with the test and waiting for LPP.

Kids tracker don't see updates. They just complete once parents application completes.
I am not sure why background completed for your 17 yr old son. Looks like there is a age factor too.

Both of our trackers updated at the same time for background check, test and LPP

Hey! Yeah I got a separate email with a doc outlining instructions on how I can download my certificate after I submit the signed oath letter once the ceremony is done. I received that second email on December 8th (a day after getting the notice to appear email)

I had a ghost update on Dec 13 and haven’t received any updates after not even sure what that ghost update was about. It seems that everything is quiet and slow around holidays.
