Hello! I have a question in regards name change. I applied online and still waiting for AOR. But I am also during divorce. I will be coming back to my Family last name after divorce. Should I inform them during application in process OR it will delay the process and better change after citizenship granted. I will be much appreciated for any suggestion! Will I need to apply for a new certificate or doesn't matter the last name on certificate? THANKS!

The Background Check shows completed today October 20th 2023. The language, prohibitions still in progress and pyshical presence still in progress.

Not similar, but I have a First Name and Last Name mismatch on my PP and PR card. I spoke to an Immigration attorney who suggested me to wait it out till I get the Canadian PP. Once you have Canadian PP its easy to change/modify the name.

I just got my AOR but when I try to create an account on the PR Tracker Portal, I keep getting an "invalid information" error. Does it usually take a bit of time for things to sync on the backend for the IRCC?
