m not able to make a pr trakcer account for my spouse but i link already in gc key not able to make account in pr tracker ! i got Aor and medical on december 15th still not able ,can anyone tell me what to do ?
I submitted online and strangely got a paper AOR in the mail. Very odd. All other correspondence has been via email.
Anyone else unable to set up the status tracker account? I get as far as sending the confirmation code to complete account activation and constantly get this:

have you tried on mobile? It was not working for me too and I tried via mobile. That worked for me.
Try on iPad or tablet too.
Yup, I have the same problem, and I know others on the forum who (like you and me) are able to link the application in their GC account but not on the tracker. I've tried different browsers/devices/mobile, still no luck. Somebody said on a different thread that they saw somewhere on the Internet that one can create an account on the tracker only after sponsorship approval, but there is no way for anyone to verify that claim. It sounds like scuttlebutt to me.
I got my SA in the mail yesterday and was able to get onto the tracker late last night. The date of the letter was December 19 so I've been approved as a sponsor in their system for several days and was unable to create an account for days so that's bull. LOL

On the paper letter form IRCC it says the app will be "forwarded to a visa office". Then it says should I need to make enquiries I "must email the visa office listed above". They didn't indicate which visa office the app was transferred to. Anyone know how to get this info? The tracker only doesn't even show that we've received our biometrics or medical requests yet which were a couple of weeks ago so updates are not in real time. Thanks!
How could we know that application has been accepted or not as I mentioned I submit through canada post the paper file and standard expectation was 23 Sep but due to Nova Scotia hurricane problem it was delivered on 3rd October. So now it’s almost 3 months so how could I know that file has been accepted or not because didn’t get any email/mail yet
The time for AOR is 90 to 100 days for most cases , I hope it might be coming soon
If it's not accepted due to any error they send it back. I'm waiting for my response too but this waiting period is frustrating
